Request for proposals

We approach each project individually. We obtain information from the client regarding the environment of the component, which helps to avoid costs related to "overengineering".

We determine with the customer the details of the order concerning packaging, transport, method of advising and delivery schedule. We then proceed to select material suppliers. We optimise the source code for the machining process, improve the material flow all in order to provide you with an offer that meets your requirements.

STAGE I

Release of parts for production

On request, we prepare APQP and PPAP documentation, which usually consists of D/P-FMEA, control plan, material flow diagram with full measurement report. We also prepare prototype parts.

STAGE II

ABOUT PRODUCTION

We ensure repeatability of details along with minimising production errors. We keep quality statistics to ensure a stable production process and the highest Cp and Cpk coefficient values. We perform regular preventive maintenance of machines, which guarantees the highest quality of production.

STAGE III

ABOUT QUALITY CONTROL

We carry out workpiece quality control according to a defined and customer-approved control plan: starting from the visual control to the measurements with measurements with a coordinate measuring machine of randomly selected parts from successive production batches.

STAGE IV

Packing and delivery

Workpieces are mainly released from storage buffers agreed with the customer. Refined scheme for delivery notification and customer information. Quick reaction and special dispatches in order to ensure highest productivity and customer satisfaction.
